AIMS can be purchased as software for installation or as a service.
Purchase AIMS SE : With this option, you purchase a copy of AIMS for intallation on your own equitpment. The price for a single group licence is $399 (introductory price) and accommodates 1-3 users. Please see system requirements for hardware requirements. AIMS can be setup on a local network or on a server for internet access. All purchased licenses are for use of the software only. Use and modification licence's are available upon request and are charged a one time fee to allow you to make any modifications you may wish to make (this licence does not allow for resale of modified products).
Software as a Service (SaaS) : This subscription based approach is ideal for those who do not want to spend time installing software, updates and patches. This is also ideal for those who would like to access your data over the internet but do not have the technical staff or servers. Your group account will receive its own database so there is no risk of others gaining access to your data. Regular backups protect your data should there be any loss of service. Once your group account is setup, users can be added though your administrator account. Pricing is $10/month per user, payable on a yearly basis. $100 group account setup fee. Assumes average number of animals maintained is less than 200. A nominal charge applies for animal in excess of 200. 30 day money back guarantee. No annual contract, cancel at any time for a prorated refund.
Customization available
AIMS was designed with the most common features and business logic for animal management. If you have specific requirement that are not met, we offer customization services for modifying the interfaces and database. Fees will based on extent of modification required.
